When properly set up, one can pull the tie and he will spit water out, laugh and roll his eyes. Stand back or you’ll get wet! His face made of plastic, his hat is corduroy, his hair is realistic fiber and his tie is woven material. He is still wrapped in his original packing and has never been used.
