The coin in the photograph is the coin up for auction. The item is an authentic German coin. These coins are from Germany and were minted during the Third Reich Era which included WWII. German Third Reich Mint Mark Guide A-BERLIN, B-VIENNA, D-MUNICH, E-MULDENHUTTEN, F-STUTTGART, G-KARLSRUHE AND J-HAMBURG German Third Reich small denomination coins minted from 1936 to 1940 consist of bronze (1 and 2 Reichspfennig) and aluminum-bronze (5 and 10 Reichspfennig) materials. In 1940, the 2 Reichspfennig was minted less and eliminated by the end of that year. The 1, 5 and 10 Reichspfennig coins were given a new obverse and minted in zinc until 1948.
